The MFEED Series is a program of product’s feeding modules to secure continuous and steady product’s flows for highly efficient flow wrapping packaging.
These modules are the necessary interface between rows distribution systems or other product’s carrying conveyors in order to prepare the products flow for the flow wrapper infeed chain. A poor-quality feeding has a negative impact on the packaging volumes effected by continuous stops and goes due to lack of products to process.
The MFEED modular and scalable systems includes the most common line phase feeders, in line products layers collators, pressure-less smart beltings, vacuum timing modules, a variety of cardboard feeders, side by side products collators, bowl feeders, products singulating chicanes systems as well as more basic multi chutes feeders.
Fully servo driven mostly with driver on board technology the MFEED modules can be arranged to create complex feeding tasks.
Cantilevered execution easy to access for cleaning and maintenance purposes with quick belts replacement feature and belt’s memory lock.
